Fiona has worked in sales and lettings for a number of years in the UK and previously ran her own development and letting business in Florida. Working mainly on referral and recommendation, Fiona had previously worked in our office when it was Donald Beale and eventually took over the landmark premises and launched as what is now Banfield Estate Agents in 2001 the team has grown with staff working alongside Fiona all of whom live locally and are able to offer a wealth of knowledge about the local area and all it has to offer.. As a mother of 3 children, her understanding of all the local schools and facilities in Crowborough is second to none.

John joined the team in 2017 and comes to Banfield with a wealth of experience within the sales and lettings industry, working in both Essex, and the London market from the Dockalands to London Bridge. John Now lives locally and a soon com to grips with the local area and the Market. He now focuses prodominantly on Sales with the office and is always on hand from early enquiry stages right through to completetion.

Deborah joined the company as Banfields Lettings Manager and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Deborah heads up our lettings department and deals with everything providing legal support, deposit diputes, isurance claims and all the day-to-day aspects of on-going tenancies, with more that 32 years experience in the industry in both the sales and lettings sides of the business she offers both a friendly and highly efficiant service.

Anne joined initially as a Saturday person and now works full-time on both the sales and lettings side of the business.
