Fiona is the Founder and Director, starting the business ‘Banfield Estate Agents LTD’, in 2002.
Having worked for both large corporate agents and for smaller family run firms, Fiona decided to set up her own Independent Agency, seeing an opportunity to combine her knowledge and passion and inject a much needed personal touch. Thus Banfield Estate Agents was born.
Known affectionately as ‘Fiona the Owner’, Fiona is still the driving force behind Banfield’s success and starts each day with the same enthusiasm, as if it were day one. Fiona has a trusted local reputation and this has supported her long standing success as one of Crowborough’s longest established Independent Estate Agents.
Being a mother of three, Fiona feels that she now has the perfect work/ life balance but still fully embraces the curveballs any growing family experiences. This hands on family experience coupled with her own recent sale and purchase of property, only strengthens Fiona’s empathy and understanding when dealing with our range of Clients.
With over two decades of experience in the property market, Jules brings a wealth of expertise to Banfield. Her career has spanned every aspect of residential sales, from sales negotiator to managing multiple branches, as well as training Estate Agents and coaching Branch Managers. Joining Banfield in September 2023, she is passionate about property and dedicated to providing exceptional support. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted family person, enjoying time with her partner, their three children, and seven grandchildren. Jules is here to make your property dreams a reality, offering knowledgeable and enthusiastic guidance every step of the way.
Robyn is the newest member of the Banfield's team. She has just come back from travelling Asia and is now getting stuck into Estate Agency! Robyn also does most of our social media here at Banfield's. She loves going out and about on viewings and meetings lots of new faces everyday!
October joined the team at Banfield in September 2022 on a part time basis and has brought with her over 20 years of invaluable industry experience from her time in both the London and more recently the local property market.
Having swapped the fast paced city life for the country shortly after her first child (of three) was born, it is the everyday juggles of motherhood combined with her wealth of experience that make her an unbeatable and actually unflappable asset to the team!

Georgie has over 10 years of experience in all realms of residential sales and a lettings, making her the ace up our sleeve! Coming from Tunbridge Wells, Georgie has an in depth knowledge of our surrounding towns and villages enabling us to cover a wider area with confidence.
Crowborough was the home of Arthur Conan Doyle and in our office Georgie is our very own investigator when to comes to establishing the position of our buyers and researching complex chains. When it comes to sales progressing, Georgie will strive to keep all parties fully updated and informed every step of the way, whilst being light hearted and friendly.
Having worked for an independent Letting Agent in the past, Catherine has bought a catalogue of experience and ingenuity to the team.
Being a local lady herself, Catherine feels at home in Crowborough and strongly believes that representing our wonderful part of the world should be done with respect, care and sense of humour.
Kelly joined Banfield in 2007 and is the longest serving member of the team, after Fiona. Kelly started as the office assistant and learnt incredibly swiftly. She now knows all there is to know about our rental accounts, which totals over 100 properties. Kelly has strong relationships with our Landlords and enjoys all aspects of working with them to provide a first class service.
Kelly now has a beautiful young family and works with us on a part time basis, including a few Saturdays a month, to ensure she keeps up to speed with the ever changing world of Lettings.
